The Author
H. D. Rogers has a baccalaureate degree in psychology and a doctorate degree in law and has practiced law for over a quarter century. He has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest attorney rating and is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He has also been listed in Outstanding Lawyers of America, Sterling Who's Who, Who's Who in Practicing Attorneys, Who's Who in American Law, International Who's Who of Professionals, Who's Who in America, Strathmore's Who's Who, America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals, Contemporary Who's Who, Madison's Who's Who of Professionals, and Continental Who's Who.
